One of the big goals I set for myself at the gym was to get to bodyweight on the primary compounds for sets. Made it today on the deadlift. 3x5s at 215 (10 lbs over goal). One down, two to go.

Now all I need to do is figure out how to get a video of it.

Mille Feuille. Turned out amazing and I'm very happy to have this treat checked off my list after working on it for a few weeks.

Mille feuille. A pastry featuring three layers of puff pastry, separated by two layers of cream. This pastry has round puff pastry with exposed crumb along with stabilized vanilla diplomat cream and raspberries. The top layer of pastry is decorated with icing in a feathered pattern.

Myfitnesspal is okay so long as you aren't planning to use their calorie tracking for exercise as they grossly overestimate.

I don't track calories burned from exercise, so I find that macrofactor worked a lot better for me.

Took the jag to my first cars n coffee event and it went a lot better than expected. Didn't know if the car was "worthy" or what the scene would be like, but the car got a lot of interest and the folks there were super chill.
