The sustainable fix is regaining power democratically, stacking the court, prosecuting every member of this administration, dismantling the fascist media/political landscape that enabled it, and writing a new constitution. That probably does require a civil war but it's the only way out

You are right. Scotus took the Mississippi clinic case for the same reason. If Roe was "settled law" they would not have granted cert. Alito had been researching Britain in the 1700's and his other medieval nonsense because they intended to overturn Roe.
