forget to go back to that specific NLA strip you were working on instead of blender just automatically going back to the last strip you were using on said character and then it automatically creates a new action ON REPLACE MODE (not asked for) and you can't delete it on the NLA unless if you PUSH it

after working on an animation for about a week and a half i finally understand how to work with animations and the NLA
gotta say, before starting i thought the animation system was weird, confusing and kinda bad, but now i can confidently say
it def is all of that, i just understand it better now
