Driving down the road to grab some takeout for dinner and I drive over a Rainbow Lorikeet sitting in the road. I tried to keep my wheels either side as the 4WD behind me did. I turn around, get out to rescue it. Gently pick it up. It bites me hard, I scream GAARRGH and it flies away. Ingrate. 😩

This development is not something I’d have ever expected. Infact, I’d have sooner seen it the other way round. I don’t know how I feel about all these old studios disappearing or being guzzled up. They were all a part of my life growing up, entertainment became culture. Now what it is it?
Last week my favourite supermarket (independent) closed down and this was the last few days. It was so weird shopping the half empty shelves. Fucking Coles bought it and the business was doing well, but Coles hates competition even though they sold different brands. Fucking bastards. #FuckColes

Trying to come to the decision of when to have our cat, Arty, put to sleep. 😭 He has a lot going on health wise and is in pain and I’m hand feeding him several times a day. He’s 19 and we got him at 18 months. I don’t want to do this, but I have to soon. This is so hard.

So I was looking online about a weird wasp I just saw (Spider wasp from Brisbane) and I saw this. Bumble bees a potential bio threat in Victoria...come the fuck on. 🤨These guys are struggling to survive in their native cooler habitat. They will not be a problem in Australia. 🙄

I cannot state enough how much less stressed I am now that I'm on the Disability pension, which I really didn't think I'd ever get on. Just that extra bit of cash means I can buy certain groceries without thinking 'if I buy that I'll be eating 2 minute noodles for lunch tomorrow'. 🥹

Went to the supermarket yesterday and the male cashier complained to me about the cost of Olive oil. I informed him that I only bought it cause it was 40 percent off. He told me it was too expensive still. I told him about the shortage from weather. He told me it was all part of the global reset. 🙄🤦♀️
