Just this afternoon I read a Wikipedia article in which a long quote ended with "and I could care less." The Wikipedia editor felt the need to add a "[sic]" after that! I immediately thought of you, of course.

It’s pretty fun in a stir fry, because the tofu turns purply and takes on some of the earthy beet flavors. But yeah, in a salad, any which way, they’re great!

This is great! For years, I would take the BxM1 express bus from my place in Midtown Manhattan to my teacher’s place in the Bronx. Almost door-to-door service. James was almost always driving the bus that took me there. Super nice person—thank you, James!
