Proud to share our new publication in BJSM, which comes just after we celebrated 2,000 exercise sessions delivered through Addi Moves—a trauma-informed, community-based physical activity program co-designed with and for people experiencing social and economic disadvantage.

Our systematic review of 86 observational studies (including 297 outcomes!) explored relationships between non-weight centric eating behaviours & health.

This included intuitive eating, mindful eating & eating competence.
