      This was tipped this morning by Ramachandran at Finance as Oakland woke up to reality that coal suit repercussions have continued, and City may be on the hook for hundreds of millions. Oaklandside with story, repercussions that began a decade ago:
    
      
          Oakland's 'tortious interference' bankrupted a coal company. Now the city could owe millions.
          Yesterday's decision, by a federal bankruptcy judge in Kentucky, is a massive legal blow against the city's long-running effort to stop construction of a coal export terminal in West Oakland.
