The mining part in Angeline Era is good! It's an excellent break from the main gameplay loop of enemy gauntlets that made up most of the mid-game and a good cleanser before getting into the late game.

It's working!
(For a real answer, it definitely is interesting, but it's not good as much as it isn't bad. It's the true definition of mid as a game, but it's so unique looking as a JRPG that it's atleast worth playing once and then going "ew, no" and then shutting it off forever)
