The controller tracking in Steam Frames remains one of the unanswered questions, especially as someone who near-exclusively uses their VR headset for Beat Saber.

HRT should be available over the counter, no exceptions

this includes being purchasable by teenagers — i cannot tell them they should wait years to start healing
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

This is a tricky issue.

I think it’s fair for Google to report security issues to open-source projects without providing a fix, but if they want to disclose those issues publicly, they should also be responsible for supplying a patch.

It’s been interesting seeing how Valve has been gradually working to undermine Windows over the past decade. It really picked up since Windows 8.

Steam overtook game distribution on Windows, and now they’ve been on a steady path to make Windows unnecessary for PC gaming.
My guess is this will be messy at the outset. But it's also Valve's megaton play for its ten-year plan, and by starting softly and quietly in VR (ie where nobody sees it coming), this x86-to-ARM64 initiative could really pay off in terms of capturing not-just-gaming Linux use.

I was looking at my YouTube stats thinking "why did my viewership drop around 30% in April? Did the April Fools videos do that badly?"

Then I realized that was when I swapped from 3 videos a day to 2. 😅

I wonder if I could make a script to auto-make YouTube shorts out of my Mario Builder videos.

Look through my channel, find videos under 3 minutes, download, crop, reupload, and fill in details from the original video.

Hot take: I adore the Internet Archive, but removing the user limits for its e-book lending program was a dense decision that all but guaranteed the program would be shut down through legal action.
