Watching Charlie Brown for the first time since childhood. As a watercolor painter I adore how they allowed the paint to behave like paint in the background. Using blossoming (normally avoided) for the sky and grass.

Fun Halloween media trope I enjoy: “Starring the spooky classic monsters! Vampire! Werewolf! Frankenstein! Ghost! Witch! But the second we run out of ideas we’re expanding to literally any and every fantasy creature and framing them as “spooky” monsters too.”
