I don't think this is the end of Apple by any means, but AI is clearly the future and Apple is behind. Jony and his team joining OpenAI could be a turning point for personal computing devices. Exciting times for technologists. Less exciting for Apple shareholders.

I just had a 4 minute conversation with Siri wherein I was trying to pause a timer and she literally was stuck in an infinite loop. I hade the wherewithal to start recording the last minute. @gruber.foo stay for the end to hear what kids think of Siri.

This is THE reason for Vision Pro to exist.

I would pay gobs of money for more content like this.
