Pretty decent haul for such a modest show. Prices were quite reasonable, too. Only had to haggle once (but my haggle remains strong!)

My little Nativity Scene is quite possibly haunted. I have NEVER put batteries in it and the original "Try Me" button still works. I bought it in 2014.

I get that they want to protect their intellectual property and don't want others profiting off the brand, but the older and more curmudgeonly I get, the more I miss when Paramount was supportive (or at least tolerant) of the maker community.

Inflation, overall, is driven more by commodities than monetary policy. The cost of goods, and their perceived rarity (real or imagined) will always drive prices higher faster than whether or not the government subsidizes healthcare...
1. For at least 10 years, Pepsi has conspired with Walmart to force up grocery prices. That’s the shocking evidence made public today in an unsealed FTC lawsuit. The suit was abandoned in May by the Trump FTC just before it was to be un-redacted. We went to court to get it unsealed & won.
