It's exactly this that is turning this country into an 'Island of strangers'. Neighbours don't know each other, kids don't grow up with their friends living next door or down the road. People having to move every couple of years due to rent hikes, it's killing communities.

The Yellow Card Scheme is used to report adverse reactions from medications, it's been around for decades and yet very few people know that it exists. It needs to be reviewed, this is an important step for patient safety in the UK.

My adenomyosis was only diagnosed post hysterectomy at age 44. I was never listened to and my concerns were always brushed off. I wonder how different life might have been had I been diagnosed earlier.
