The threat is real. Forced compliance w/ the ruling party otherwise there will be consequences. If trump & Republicans are allowed to get away with this in Indiana, they'll do it everywhere. Gerrymandering needs to be outlawed. Lawmakers shouldn't be allowed to redraw maps to help them win. Period.

Calling the press “fake news” is harmful. Calling them “seditious, perhaps even treasonous” for publishing reporting is something else entirely. Treason is a capital crime. Suggesting journalists should face it for exercising their First Amendment rights and doing their jobs is dangerous.

Yes, all of it is bonkers. He's clearly not fit for office. He's been going swiftly downhill since well before he got reelected. Don't even get me started on that. He should've been arrested on J6, tried & sentenced to prison. Democrats are to blame for their failure to hold him accountable.

It is absolutely wild that the guy who won’t stop yelling about law and order is now personally stepping in to keep January 6 documents hidden from the police officers who were attacked that day. He knows exactly what’s in those files and he is terrified the country will see it.

IMO it's both. First of all he's a serial liar. He's been his whole life. He never takes responsibility for anything but insists on credit for others accomplishments. Couple that w/ his rapidly progressing late stage dementia & here we are. His violent outbursts & hurling insults are 100% dementia.
