This. Pay attention, publicists!
you just can't be sending embargoed PR pitches to my email that I didn't agree to. I have no incentive to abide the embargo. Therefore I will break news a day early that Halfday, the better-for-you iced tea brand, is releasing a limited-edition Cranberry flavor just in time for the holiday season

The transcript. I want to read the transcript.
“This case, ladies and gentleman of the jury, is about a sandwich.”

Lairmore testifies that other agents gave him a plush sandwich toy, which he placed on the shelf in his office, and a patch that said "Felony Footlong," which he put on his lunch box.

Lairmore has chuckled with the rest of us at times. Defense really trying to underscore the unseriousness of it all

The defense team presses Lairmore on whether the sandwich really 'exploded.' They return to the photo of the sandwich and wrapper on the ground.

"That sandwich hasn't exploded at all, has it?" defense asks.

"It looks like a little bit is coming out towards the bottom," Lairmore replies.

I am living for the live-posting of the DC Sandwich guy’s trial.

There will be nothing left for SNL to satirize - it’s satirizing itself.

Eesh. LVMH fashion and leather goods sales fell 9%. Things what happens when you’re trying to sell luxury goods to the middle classes in uncertain economic moments.

Congratulations to Meryll Rogge and to all Marni fans. And cudos also to OTB for taking the rare step of hiring a woman (and Andam award winner) to design a primarily women’s wear brand.

Here's the crowd I'm in. To the East it's more crowded, but it's not exactly wall to wall there either

You'll notice this isn't a super ultra gothic dark MAGA crowd. Hasn't been all day

Edward Coristine (“Big Balls”), Luke Farritor, and Ethan Shaotran were part of the original DOGE crew—Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency.

They were brought in under short-term “special government employee” status. Supposed to be temporary. Spoiler: it’s not.
‘Big Balls’ Is Officially a Full-Time Government Employee
The first wave of DOGE staffers was supposed to be gone after 130 days. Instead, core members of the team have signed on for the long haul.

I’m going on BBC shortly to talk about why Jonathan Anderson moving to design Dior is a smart move for the brand. Gonna add that I wish we’d get to see him do his own pure thing at his own brand, tho.

Ouch Burberry. Adjusted operating profit down 94% for 2024. Analysts at trying to find the bright side, which is revenues falling only 6% in the fourth (most important) quarter vs 12% for the year.
