New Finnish study in Maturitas shows vaginal oestrogen in #postmenopausal women is linked with a lower risk of rectal cancer.

This treatment deserves more airtime. It can ease urinary urgency, reduce recurrent UTIs, improve dryness & comfort.

Finally someone mentions unusual presentation #ItchyEars as well as #Hoarseness and #Nosebleeds. I’ve been on Tamoxifen which blocks the remaining estrogen receptors and makes these symptoms worse. #Menopause conditions and side effects of cancer anti-hormone treatment we don’t discuss.

I’m not American but I do remember the 1978 WKRP holiday episode. Actor and screenwriter Richard Sanders who played Les is 85 now and lives in Washington state.
Happy Thanksgiving and don’t let the turkeys get you down. Or hit you.
The famous WKRP Turkey Drop. Warning...jokes about turkey death. Might not be for everyone.

I will repeat — best thing I ever did was make a complete list of everything I was experiencing and arguing for hormone replacement therapy.

Take in ONE complaint and they will treat that. Hormones regulate EVERYTHING in your body. Make the list. Advocate for yourself.

I’ve now seen the first 2 episodes and enjoyed them. See yesterday’s repost. @shannonrosa.bsky.social there will also be a Quebec version in French. My online friends Margaux Wosk (Retrophiliac) and Damon Kirsebom are cast members.
Intriguing, has anyone see the British or French versions? “The Assembly is a television series where a roomful of autistic interviewers ask probing and direct questions of celebrities in a no-holds-barred interview. The conversations get very deep, very quickly.”

PLEASE don't make families choose between FOOD and pads/tampons for their girls. They are telling the girls to just stay home during this time so they don't have to buy them. We are offering FREE FEMININE SUPPLIES to keep the girls in school!
We are a rural low income title 1 school & we help our girls out with FREE feminine products in the bathroom where they can discreetly get what is needed.
