the part i HATE is my symptoms are physical and can be seen so it’s not even “hey doc this hurts” *testing* ‘there’s nothing there :)’ which i’d have accepted… it’s -

instead of looking at me and saying “you’re too young to experience this,” and doing nothing. and i mean nothing - it’s only been routine bloodwork. i’ve been trying my best to stay hopeful in all of this but its been really hard to if i can be honest

i’ve done literally everything ive been told from physical therapy to random medications to yoga to a better diet to swimming to “have you tried my herbal supplements”… specialist appointments can be a 1-2yr wait in america so im just waiting for the next one, hoping they’re going to do testing,

my birthday is in a couple of days… i’ve been begging for help for my medical problems for a decade now. 10 years ago i could function, now i can’t bc it’s progressed so much. i get that again im “only” 22 but the past 2 years i haven’t really been/felt like a person so it all feels wasted 😭
