1/ The Economist published intersting longread. Between 2022 and 2023, nearly 200 unique books by #RussianClassics disappeared from European libraries. Similar thefts were recorded in LV, LT, EE, PL and FR. Some of the stolen books ended up at auctions held by the Moscow auction house. Why?
