Take as much time as you need with your webcomic.
Taking care of yourself and avoiding burnout is much more important than meeting the self-imposed deadlines.

learn the basics of some kind of gentle strength building exercise. pilates, yoga, callisthenics. do a minimum of 20 minutes every day you can. your body is a machine that makes comics and you have to maintain its parts

Start right now. If you want to make comics, start making comics absolutely right now. Today, even. Start small, maybe try 1-10 pages to start -- but get those fundamentals rolling. Your art will grow so much while making a comic. There is no "when my art gets better" there's right now. Go. Create.
