Take as much time as you need with your webcomic.

Taking care of yourself and avoiding burnout is much more important than meeting the self-imposed deadlines.

make comics, and by that I mean : make comics you're able to finish
don't start a 400 pages graphic novel as your first project, make shorter comics, see if you enjoy it, & then keep doing it

learn the basics of some kind of gentle strength building exercise. pilates, yoga, callisthenics. do a minimum of 20 minutes every day you can. your body is a machine that makes comics and you have to maintain its parts
