I like the trope of the werewolf, not as a violent monster, but as a wild, untamed part of yourself, instinct and desire. Parts of yourself which is shunned and unwelcome in civil society. But suppressing it drives you to madness.

I've heard the sentiment many times, that Democrats and Republicans are exactly the same. This sentiment misses some important nuance, and supports apathy. Rather, the Republican party are Fascist, while the Democrat party are cucks who were too spineless to stop Fascism.

Something I think about a lot in relation to XKCD's "don't make fun of people for not knowing about something" is how so many of us assume everyone will eventually encounter everything on their own. The reality is anything we don't keep something alive in the cultural memory will become forgotten.

I've noticed a sense of combativeness and negative assumptions being thrown around, even from myself. A result of the design of social media in general, and a society built on "Us vs them" mentality. Remember to take your time and think before posting.

This image caused confusion. "Isn't Miku AI?" Someone asked. No, she's a character created and animated by humans, and voiced through a vocaloid, which strings together vocal sounds to make words. As opposed to AI voices, which imitate human speech after listening to it.

I wish to live in a world where titles like "transgender", "gay", or "bisexual" don't exist, where those things are so normal that no one ever thinks to label them. To be labeled is to be categorized, stigmatized, and boxed.
