Maybe they'd send if they were under huge economic pressure. Easier when you actually pay people a livable wage and they don't fear the economy collapsing.

Ralph has now a +2 to Mighty. He's not as strong as Leatherhead in this, but he's stronger than his other brothers on the might side. Thanks for the comment!

Hmm. That's a good observation. Raph has had different physicality depending on the version from Mirage to now Rise. Honestly a +1 in this game matters as it's a 3d6 system. Especially on balance with the classes. But we might exchange that, as he is still the muscle of the group (beyond Leo).
