It dawned upon me today, while praying to St. Joseph to intercede on my behalf and help me land the job I was interviewing for -- that despite growing up in a strict Roman Catholic household, we practiced some funky, white, suburban Santaria-like *thing* that I never quite shook.

I just got back from an hour-long interview that was originally scheduled for half-an-hour. I think and feel that it went well, but I'm worried simply becuase I've been out of work for so long.

Do I know anyone in Peterborough, ON who might be available to drive 7 baby buns to a wildlife rehab centre tomorrow if mama bun doesn’t return to the nest tonight? Apparently the closest center is 100 km away.
