Stop being obtuse. You know damn well the constitution is only as strong as the branches of government that upholds it. If you’ve a branch of government that is openly defying the constitution and the other two branches neglect to step in and stop it then the constitution is being voided.

The thing about the “acktually armed resistance is the only way to revolution” reply guys is that the ones who aren’t feds have no plans for armed revolution: they just want an excuse to stay at home and jerk off while feeling morally superior to the people doing the actual work or resistance.
