Yeah I did all that
That’s good to hear!

I’m so angry I’m fucking crying.
January 26, 2026 at 1:00 AM
It’s messing us all up.

All of us and those wounds will carry on for decades.
January 26, 2026 at 12:57 AM
And it isn’t just those that were shot. Detainees have reported sexual assault, physical assault, lack of access to hygiene, food, water, medical care and of being beaten, choked, tortured.

Yes this will cause generational trauma.

Ask the children ICE detained this week in ten years.

People are dying in our concentration camps, on our streets and abroad because of Trump.

It’s been over 80 years and the world hasn’t forgotten what Germany did.

The world won’t forget what the US is doing. This is a historical humanitarian crisis .

There’s a Nuremberg PA?
January 26, 2026 at 12:39 AM
And a lot of people on US soil already had more generational trauma than they had room for.

Certainly isn’t room for more but here we are, fucking up everything and everyone again.
January 26, 2026 at 12:34 AM
As if a Hmong man wasn’t dragged out of his house in sub zero temperatures wearing nothing but shorts and slippers.

I AM TALKING ABOUT GENERATIONAL TRAUMA UPON ALL ON US SOIL.
January 26, 2026 at 12:30 AM
As if the Somali American communities and Haitian Americans communities weren’t being targeted constantly by these monsters. As if Afghani Americans who served along side US troops haven’t had to hide from these ghouls in our streets.
January 26, 2026 at 12:29 AM
Had some asshole in the replies assume that because I’m white that I’m only talking about trauma for white Americans. As if ICE didn’t kill a Black American a week ago. As if the entire LatinX and Asian communities aren’t being hunted down and kidnapped. As if ICE didn’t detain Indigenous Americans.

We can see if she has all ten fingers and no stitches later.
January 26, 2026 at 12:22 AM
The only person assuming I’m talking about white people and not all Americans is you.
January 26, 2026 at 12:21 AM
Even Canada apologized to their indigenous populations.

I don’t see the US ever doing that.
January 25, 2026 at 9:27 PM
I fear the country is as lost as it ever was. The likelihood anyone will answer for the trauma now is as likely that anyone will answer for the trauma this country has inflicted on anyone else since its inception.

Yes! There are something like 500 words for snow and probably just as many for rain.

My favorite is dreich (dreeKH), that's a drizzly, grey day.

And we still have AI to deal with.

If Trump has accomplished anything of great magnitude, it is the destruction of our trust.

Our trust in our media.
Our trust in our neighbor.
Our trust in our family.
Our trust in government.
Our trust in our country.

All assaulted by this monster.
January 25, 2026 at 9:22 PM
A betrayal of this magnitude may never be reconciled.

The people are angry and hurting.
January 25, 2026 at 9:18 PM
This is far beyond the bridges that were burned between fellow Americans. The family member or neighbor we’ve shut out for their support for this mess.

America is beginning to shut out the entire system. The agreement were made between the people and those we elect, forever soiled.
January 25, 2026 at 9:17 PM
And the trust that has been slaughtered may never be repaired no matter what the government does in the future. Our faith in our government is permanently stunted. And our reputation on the world stage will never again be what it was let alone greater than that.

The Scots have the best phrases.

Okay now it’s changed back into actual snow. Good bc that was gross.
