I dropped Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, all of Suckerbergs empire many years ago. I lost some contacts, but I feel confirmed.
I avoid Amazon wherever possible and buy at local shops instead. It's a bit uncomfortable sometimes, but it's worth.
