It is a rot that punishes good and bad performance equally.

Truly can’t capture in a single post the amount of fun and bonding my sister and I had watching your Baman Piderman shorts. “I’m on a building/Woah you’re up on that building” is deeply ingrained into our sibling language. Very excited to hear this!!

AI is exacerbating the problem, but this mindset has been plaguing tech for much longer.
If you think the biggest problem to solve is “doing more faster” and not “cratering quality and trust” then you shouldn’t have a job, much less a fucking company.
