The thing is, I know what the Shamcrossed sequel is going to be about. It's just a matter of putting things in the right order. This is why the break is needed and why I want to work on another project before I make the next entry in the series.

So, my plan is this. I'm going to attempt the 80,000 word challenge in November. I want to step away from the Shamcrossed series for a bit so that I can focus on something else. Hopefully, this break will allow me to create the squeal the way I want to with a fresh mind.
