Indigenous and local communities care for Earth’s most biodiverse lands, yet they’re often excluded from conservation reporting. A study shows recognizing these stewards is key to meeting global 30x30 goals and building a more effective conservation movement.

Lee Zeldin, climate criminal. Climate change directly hurts not just those overseas, but those in the US through more extreme weather events, heat waves, and disruption of ecosystems and food systems. Lee Zeldin will be remembered for his adherence to money and his crimes against the earth.
Wow. Let’s not blow past this. The administrator of the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY says that climate change is a hoax/con job.
KILMEADE: The president says climate change is a hoax, it's a con job. Where do you fall on this?

The con is the fossil fuel industry and their mouth piece, Trump. Climate change is able to be mitigated and will be, because the truth can't be suppressed forever and far more of us value clean air and water over corporate profits.
At the UN, Trump called climate change a “con job.” The only con is Trump himself—a Big Oil sellout willing to sacrifice our planet for profit. We need climate action, not climate denial.

Climate change kills people through supercharged natural disasters and prematurely ends lives through extreme heat and pollution. This is a policy to kill people for corporate profits. Billionaires are the problem.

We have such limited sight at this moment as a collective, but we can as individuals do what we can to mitigate the climate crisis and to restore biodiversity individually and in our local communities.

I'm excited that for essentially every problem we have with moving to electrification, there are solutions being explored. For instance, instead of exploiting others, we can get critical minerals from our own mining waste.

US mines are literally throwing away critical minerals
The U.S. discards vast quantities of critical minerals in mine waste each year - including enough lithium to power 10 million EVs.

Solar doesn't just help mitigate the climate crisis, it can build resiliency for ecosystems with adequate planning and help restitch the fabric of communities.
