It is shocking to see Katherine M. Butler of #California Dept. of Toxic Substances Control claim that her Dept's hazardous waste included real input from community members. Community input was largely ignored, which is why communities and public advocates called for the plan to be rejected.

While the federal gov't is pulling back on regulating PFAS and holding industry accountable, we continue to fight in CA to reduce the use of these chemicals. We will not give in to this national trend.

There are no real benefits to artificial turf — only serious drawbacks.

THIS is why CA must step up and protect its people. If the US Government is going to hide science and not regulate dangerous PFAS, Governor Newsom can lead by signing SB 682. Please call him today at 916-445-2841 and tell him to sign the bill NOW.
