You may have guessed it already: Sea curtains in Antarctica cannot be a long-term solution to prevent loss & damage caused by ice melt and sea-level rise. Only curbing emissions can be! It's like taking an aspirin for tooth cavities—it won't save you from seeing a dentist, nor does it fix the cause.

Ecriture inclusive : Le Conseil d’Etat rejette le recours visant à faire interdire l'écriture inclusive dans les sujets d'examens universitaires & pour toute communication à l'Université.

Notamment car le ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur n'est pas tenu d'émettre une telle instruction.

1. Par un courrier en date du 7 avril 2023, l'association " La France en partage " a demandé à la ministre de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche de proscrire, par voie de circulaire, l'usage du point médian ainsi que celui des mots relevant de l'écriture dite " inclusive " dans l'énoncé des sujets d'examen ainsi que dans l'ensemble des documents et communications des établissements d'enseignement supérieur. L'association " La France en partage " et Mme C... A... demandent au Conseil d'Etat d'annuler pour excès de pouvoir, d'une part, la décision implicite de rejet née du silence gardé par la ministre de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche sur cette demande, d'autre part, la décision de la ministre de ne pas interdire l'écriture dite " inclusive " dans l'enseignement supérieur, révélée par les propos qu'elle a tenus lors d'un entretien publié dans un quotidien national le 25 mai 2023.

2. En premier lieu, s'il est loisible à une autorité publique de prendre des circulaires, instructions, recommandations, notes ou présentations visant à faire connaître l'interprétation qu'elle retient du droit positif, elle n'est jamais tenue de le faire. Il s'ensuit que le refus opposé à la demande de l'association requérante ne constitue pas une décision susceptible d'être déférée au juge de l'excès de pouvoir.

3. En second lieu, l'entretien accordé à un quotidien national par la ministre de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche le 25 mai 2023 ne révèle aucune décision de refus de proscrire l'usage de l'écriture dite " inclusive " dans les documents officiels des établissements d'enseignement supérieur, ni dans les supports pédagogiques utilisés dans l'enseignement supérieur. Par suite, il n'en résulte aucune décision susceptible de faire l'objet d'un recours pour excès de pouvoir. (...)
