PA's direct action has been no worse than some of the Greenpeace, XR or Just Stop Oil actions over the years and they haven't been proscribed. This whole thing has just been an embarrassing mess that has real life trauma for so many people.
We welcome the court’s finding that the proscription of Palestine Action was UNLAWFUL.

This case has exposed a deeper problem where the line between direct action and terrorism has become dangerously blurred.

Cancelling Prime Video now Fallout is finished. Will rejoin for Season 3 then cancel etc. Or between now and then, I might learn to sail the seven seas again, like it's 1998, and then he really can fuck off

Every time I see a bill, I'd like a word with someone from The Hague (Dutch government but my gas bill feels like a international war crime)

Ah, a cuddler too! This is Cosmo. Low on dignity, big on cuddles and showing you his rude bits. We adore him 💕

OMG! Tuxedo cat! We got one a few months ago and I am all in for them now. I want a herd, an army of darkness (with white patches and cuddles)

Ratfcliffe is a billionaire Brexiteer. His a football club is full of migrant players. When he talks about “colonisation” he’s talking about all black and brown people in the UK. People who do more for their communities than a billionaire who steals from them and trashed the economy they live in.

He's repentant just before a new album and a tour announcement. When he's taken himself away and quietly done the work to fix the harm he inflicted then sure, I'm all for second chances. But this is not a sincere apology, it's to make money.

In the 1970s, this tiny medieval church faced the prospect of demolition. Thankfully we saved it from that fate and it is now cared for by an active and loving group of volunteers.

One of the best accounts on this site. Wholesome nostalgia that is like medicine in a world of shite.

Had a message from kid's teacher. She has filled in a questionnaire with "remarkable answers" that the teacher would like to discuss. Which translates to kid is a genius or there will be a full police investigation into one of us. No middle ground.

Serena Joys, all of them. Think that as they’re stripping rights from other women that it will never happen to them. Except it does.

I’ve just eaten a paving slab of focaccia and it’s sitting like a stone. Need to lay down and sweat out the rosemary and sea salt overdose for a while.

Anyone who goes to the World Cup is really rolling the dice. I definitely wouldn't take my kid

Honestly it's not Bluesky you need to convince, you need to be wherever the old people hang out. Like my dad, who will slag off Trump before saying he will vote Farage, without a hint of irony. I need to grow up apparently when I point out this ridiculousness. I am almost 50.

It is indeed, I blame CocoMelon for infecting young impressionable British minds with Americanisms. The Dutch version ends with "Als de bus gaat rijden" which means "When the bus starts moving" which actually fits into the song in both languages.

Imagine, as a Brit, looking at the USA and thinking "OMG Trump is a maniac" then voting for Reform without a hint of irony. The number of people who are about to do this make me want to hand back my passport and leave the Isles of Doom to their fate.
This is pretty menacing.

Sarah Pochin wrote to Bangor's university student run debating society requesting that she attend to "answer questions from students."

When they said "no" Reform rolled all it's tanks onto the lawns and said they'll cut funding to the entire university if they win.
