We try to educate enough Doctors but need the foreign ones to meet the demand.
Nurses too.

We have an excellent system if we could staff it fully.

COVID didn't help as many just retired earlier than planned.

We live in a desirable place.

I believe we pay a fair wage to Doctors
but most specialize and move to the US
to make at least 3 times what they could in Canada.

Dentists, Veterinarians
are plentiful and a choice is offered.

We lost our Doctor and the clinic is our only solution.
