Well that was a the biggest let down i've seen for a good while. Peacemaker Season 2 just ended. NOTHING HAPPENED. it was like an Anime where the story ended and they got 10 minutes left and that 10 minutes was an hour of NOTHING HAPPENING.
because sega made the good choice of not automatically uploading leaderboard data like they did with Sonic Mania for example it's shouldn't be messed up if someone cheats to unlock a soundtrack and that's it. if they upload sega will see it and will get people, that's perfectly fair.
so, i think i figured it out. #1 they have no anti-cheat. so online unless you are extremely brazen about it and get reported a lot. your not gonna get caught. #2 people who cheat at time trials are fucking assholes if you upload the ghost to the leaderboard and will get caught and rightfully banned

luckily at least where time trial times are concerned it asks if you wanna upload the data, so as long as they're not assholes or stupid the leaderboard should be safe if they're just doing their own thing on their singleplayer mode.
there's no Anti-cheat. it's all gonna come down to player reports and even then people will chock it up to network sync issues as long as they're not being overly brazen about how they're cheating and not changing rank points. it is really up to me to make sure whatever i make is used responsibly.
I kinda feel like maybe they're trying to do Shadow 05 again. the idea was fine. fans are getting older and want more mature stories with lore, character growth. but they don't wanna give sonic that character building. shadow lets them have their cake and eat it too. we have to see what they do.
(SPOILERS MAYBE) So Cipher i don't think actually has power. i think he's just a (possibly empty) vessel the real one the one who has the powers is the old dying guy. in episode 7 he beats up the old dying guy but that wasn't a "fuck you" beating that was self hatred.
Almost caught up with The Boys. I started with Gen V but didn't decide to watch The Boys till now, im only on Season 3, gonna start season 4 tomorrow. as far as Gen V season 2, i have a theory
i would just put my cheat table out there, but i don't trust what i'm doing to make certain effects happen can't be easily modified to hurt the online of the game by bad actors. so i'd need to trust whoever wants to try and make this content.
So something i managed to do was lock the AI in place in #SonicRacingCrossworlds I don't know if anyone out there would wanna do some analysis of the item drop rates. i think that could make some good content to graph out the drops and figure out exactly what the gadgets or position relate to drops
