In years past, offerings were made here, for love, wealth, or whatever else one may desire. Coins were common. There’s a heavy handful of mintage at the bottom of the lake, for those willing to look. The practice is less common now, however. After all, a coin’s value is rarely worth the price of one’s dreams these days.

In Broken Wilds #ttrpg, skills are checked on a 1d6+Modifiers w/ a result of 6+ being a success. That's fairly commonplace in #OSR biz. However, in Broken Wilds skill rolls "explode and implode: If a 1 is rolled, roll again and subtract the result. If a 6 is rolled, roll again and add that number."
