Anxiety can be useful. We evolved it as a protection mechanism. Tune in to it and ensure you have time to think and process your anxieties. They may be important to you. Tune the noise into a future melody through coaching.

I think fine tuning is a result of negentropy. In the same way water sorts rocks, sound creates pattern and nature creates Fibonacci spirals. The open system is symbiotic and works towards coherence. The complex interrelationships settle out towards harmony even at a cosmic scale. #philokosmia
