In the first panel, Kazu is looking up at her ceiling in bed. Mura is laying down next to her, dozing.
In the second, Kazu asks "Hey honey?" which prompts Mura to get up slightly, asking her groggily "Mmh... yes, my love?"
In the third panel, Mura is now sitting upright, looking at Kazu confused as she asks "Do you think in some other universe, "Hershey's" are "Himhe's"?"
In panel 4, Kazu continues to stare silently at Mura, who looks irritated that he got up for such a question.
In the last panel, Mura lays back down, annoyed as Kazu asks "If they were nonbinary, would they be "Themthey's"?" to which Mura replies with a short "Go to sleep."
