Not everyone believed me when I wrote that Trump wants Greenland becuase it would make him feel important, but that's what he told the NYT:

My work's annual New Year sales team meeting is being held in the US, combined with the US team.
Not my team so I don't go but I haven't talked to a single person who has to go that actually feels comfortable with the location.

I teach bystander intervention for a living and have taught de-escalation to law enforcement.
Trust me when I say that bottle girls, gas station clerks, strippers, front desk employees at hotels and airports, baristas, etc. have better de-escalation skills than any cop I've ever seen.

My Mother-in-Law is watching MTG being platformed on the View right now. And they are making her seem like the sane, reasonable, safe choice in politics as she is calling out MAGA and Trump.
