I’m a fan of The Kinks. I recently heard they released some recordings from the Royal Albert Hall in the ‘90’s just before they broke up, so I decided to google “rare kinks videos”. This was a mistake.

Protecting the coast is hard. Rebranding it as a giant bunker is easy.

I’m having an issue with this app. If I open a linked video, I can’t close it, I have to close the app. I am running IOS 26

Cole Harbour is such a weird part of HRM. 15 minutes from downtown Halifax but on my street there’s an egg farm, one home has beef cattle, you can legally hunt deer, and we have the Diagolon headquarters.

I had the politest trick or treaters. They said thank you sir. All six of them.

I have substantial hearing loss and use hearing aids. They are connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Let’s just say an Emergency alert directly in your head is quite an experience.

Trump is completely unhinged, right? Like a baby man? He has no sense of humour whatsoever. The world is laughing at the USA now, and I pity the every day person just trying to survive.

If Poilievre is out as leader, are we all ready for Doug Ford to be the popular CPC leadership candidate?

I can’t access Bluesky on my iPhone if I’m at home on my wifi. If I switch wifi off, it will work fine and turning Wifi back on once it’s loaded up it will work. Does anyone else have this problem?

Wow, I’ve used the K I L L word twice this week, not threatening anyone, and been locked out of my account for 6 hours both times.

A well designed crosswalk. Far enough from the corner so as to prevent vehicles from colliding with pedestrians and no parking allowed within 10 metres.

Currently in England where every bus is a double decker, many electric. If metro transit has trouble staffing and leaves customers behind because the bus is full, these would make sense, would they not?

I just got a pop up ad on Facebook for a Charlie Kirk Commemorative Christmas ornament. The ridiculous level of exploitation from this event.

I am a dog owner. I love my dogs, and I love spending time with them, but they don’t have to go to Canadian Tire or Home Depot with me. When did this become acceptable, and why?

My wife and I were talking about France and how we saw the site where Jean D’Arc was burned at the stake (spoiler alert, it’s outside a shopping mall). For whatever reason I said that was where Anne of Green Gables was burned at the stake. It was a moment.
