Yes a greased pie pan or I use a cheesecake pan sometimes with parchment paper on the bottom. If the rice is sticky I’ve used 1 egg white with rice with good results enjoy 😊

I also just toss the egg yolk separated from the egg white into the quiche filling of course. You can use 1 or 2 egg whites for the rice base depending on how big your quiche is.

Great 😊 let me know how it turns out. I use this rice crust for all of my quiches. I use leftover rice but just make sure the rice has cooled completely. Enjoy

I make this with a rice crust. You mix white short grain sticky rice with an egg white and form it.

Aw I love hedgehogs 🦔 the flurry of people will prolly scare them away hopefully. This really isn’t environmentally conscious especially after the year of wildfires we’ve just had. *sigh
