Had a walk around Royden Park today, for the first time in a while.
Some early signs that Spring is not too far away.🌾
I noticed more of the rhododendron bushes by Frankby Mere have been cut back. I understand the good ecological reasons for this action, but still feel a bit sad they're gone.🫤

I find news easier to digest in manageable chunks, so only rarely get involved in those debates on here.
More positively, Spring is just around the corner. Sometimes it's good to concentrate on that 🌾

So my old Mum has moved the Three Kings into her Nativity Scene, early, as they aren't supposed to arrive until The Epiphany .... "to give them a fair go, before I take the crib down"
They have been previously placed away from the crib, but moving closer each day, to symbolise their journey.😁👍

7.5 mile circular walk with my sister today, starting at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, and heading off towards Chirk, along The Offa's Dyke path, before turning up into the hills, affording the opportunity for great views down The Dee Valley towards Castell Dinas Brân and Llangollen 🏴
