I actually ask question and they say they see what is going on in the US and they are afraid for us. They actually say as long as you don't draw too much attention to yourself, most people just stare but that's about it.

I DO listen to REAL Chinese people on RedNote--Trans people who are goth by the way. They have a very large community in many parts of the country. And they don't feel persecuted. If you actually engaged with people over there you'd get that. Clearly, you are engaging with Chinese diaspora.

Also we need parental consent over here too in most states. This is not exclusive to China. China has a thriving trans community. If you were on RedNote and actually engaged with Chinese people, you'd see that. Instead you choose to be an ignorant western chauvinist.
