Freaking coward. That's why his political career is done. His possibilities for private sector opportunities may be in jeopardy too. Fox News can't hire all of them. Many of these folks don't believe it yet, i.e., the Rubio's, Hegseth's the Bondi's, just to mention a few are done.

The Fifth Amendment has several components, remaining silent is one of those components in an effort to prevent self incrimination. I'm not questioning it's value of protection. I actually think taking the Fifth in that situation and situations like that is an admission of guilt. Not answering a police officer(s) when they are questioning your personal itinerary after a stop is your right to remain silent. We need not plead the fifth. The Fifth speaks to self incrimination.

I understand the Fifth Amendment but I never understood one taking it. I may be introducing my ignorance here, but to take such a position as a defensive tool only says to me that you're guilty. What other conclusion or interpretation can one arrive at but he's saying 'Yes' to the question.
