I find supermarkets pork loin steaks to be thin and flimsy so they dry out when you cook them. Instead I always buy a pork loin joint and cut it into 1 inch thick steaks; works out cheaper too! #FoodSky

My Grandad was born in 1930 and when I cooked him a pasta dish he said “make sure the pasta’s well cooked, I don’t like it hard” he was a chef in the merchant navy as young, so maybe that was the general consensus on how to cook pasta back then. 🤷
