And now I feel like I’m just being held hostage by my career path cause it doesn’t seem like I’d ever have enough time/ energy to learn enough to pivot fields and it just feels really fucked

Just fucking sad and very discouraged about struggling to get work in a field where I’m also just going to be sacrificing a lot in terms of working tons of weekends/ physical labor and fairly high stress for pretty bad pay and I have to fucking win the lottery just to get the job in the first place

Like am I fucking delusional cause it feels like four years of experience would be able to land me a job that pays like $20/hour but even that feels fucking impossible and it’s fucking frustrating like I am not asking for much but maybe I’m just out of touch/ being complacent idk

Just gonna rant on here because no one will see it lmao but I’m so fucking sick of begging and scrounging for a slightly less awful job Jesus Christ I’m like pretty qualified for these jobs too and I’m like 0 for my last 5 on interviews and it makes me want to pull my fucking hair out good god
