Abortion rights, voting rights, and free speech were on the ballot and Pennsylvania voters knew it.

Retaining a state supreme court that values our constitutional freedoms and rights is a major win for civil liberties in PA.

Just finished Mockingbird Court, the sixth installment in the Shady Hollow series by Juneau Black. I adored this book (as I did the first five), a cozy whodunnit featuring a charming cast of woodland creatures. Highly recommend for a cozy Fall read!

Yesterday I said goodbye to my companion of 16 years, my shadow, my baby girl, Ophelia. Words cannot describe the loss- her sassy, beautiful soul and the depth of love between us. From a kid of 19 to the 35 year old woman I am today, she was my rock and my constant. I love you endlessly, my baby ❤️

I just finished My Best Friend's Exorcism by Grady Hendrix and, not surprisingly, absolutely loved it! Another spooky, thrilling, heartfelt tale that balances horror and friendship- this one chronicling two teens' wild Fall in 1988. A fun page turner that tugs your heartstrings.

Just finished The Haunting of Room 904 by Erika T Wurth. I loved the mixture of cultural folk tales and lore that drove the story in this paranormal thriller/mystery. A captivating plot and some dark, emotional themes that added depth to the story and characters. Great book!
