Burnout is a systemic problem, so be kind to yourself and hard on the system.

Hey gang I've had to learn recently that the whole "burning out" thing is real so if you find yourself being panicked every waking second that you're not working on something, despite those seconds being very rare, you should maybe listen to the signals and take an intentional break before you crash

i agree with that. i don't expect her to be stoic at all times through this. and sometimes being strong is letting yourself be vulnerable and cry it out you know? i think maybe i should delete the post though. i shouldn't put this online. ill put up a notice about my responses being slow instead.

Yeah, she's been considering counseling for a while now... but after this... its one of her planned goals. She's so friggin strong. i may put up a sale if she needs the help... Though she's got pretty good insurance. It's really about finding the right support.

Were covered financially, but we're looking for good therapists for her to go to now. If any of you have recommendations for the type of education and specialties would be good for her, i'm all ears. CSR work will be a bit slow on my end, and i'm not sure if i should drop some events or go harder.
