One thing that sucks about the decline of physical games is the loss of cool manuals, instructions and other booklets that came with the game.

The EU Parliament updates VAT rules for the digital age, requiring platforms to collect VAT by 2030 and mandating e-invoicing for cross-border transactions. Businesses will save €4.1 billion a year over the next 10 years in compliance costs, and €8.7 billion in administrative costs.
