Ohh those are all really good points! I suppose, too, part of it would depend what kind of infection crests the zombies (fungal, virus, magical, etc). Different types of zombies probably thrive in different climates. Humidity could be a factor as well.

Yeah for sure! I feel like the heat could just make the meat fall right off the bone 😂 I imagine people would maybe try to navigate to colder climates in that situation since it would most likely be easier to avoid/kill them. 🤔

I’m not sure if anyone has explored temperature within zombie works, but I think it would be interesting if zombies had the same sort of influence to it that humans have. Maybe some zombies experience seasonal depression, or maybe zombies are more aggressive in hot areas compared to cold.

Yeah I definitely agree! Spring is representative of rebirth so it would be interesting narratively to have a story set in spring. And the summer always makes me think of heat and I can only imagine the smell? Haha
