I didn’t mark my account as NSFW at first when I first set some posts for one-time purchase, and when I changed my account to NSFW, I’d removed that feature from me.

Solved: apparently one-time purchased aren’t available for all +18 creators yet, there’s a limited early rollout for a small number number of creators, and it’ll become available to everyone at some point.

I’m trying to learn how to use Patreon but it’s….. confusing. A couple days ago I set my wallpaper posts to have the option to be bought without monthly subscription, but now that option has disappeared? And the posts can’t be bought anymore……. why

Yeah I’ve gone through my settings multiple times and haven’t found anything that could’ve turned the shop off. I use Patreon mostly on desktop but have the app too… I haven’t found any info on why this is happening or anything. I guess I’ll message the support if it doesn’t fix itself.

It’s actually kinda nuts to think about how social media made it possible for me to earn money from art…. As a kid, becoming an artist was out of the question cause who would pay for my art in Finland (no one), but then the internet and social media boomed and now things are different.

I’ve met several of my good friends through social media, and also working as a digital artist in Finland would be pretty much impossible if it’s wasn’t for social media. Pretty much my clients are from abroad who discovered be though social media.
