The strange disconnect I have felt about creators who "Fix DND Problems" and just sorta wishing they'd do more system agnostic videos.

Like...I want creative fantasy thought. I don't care about Wizard's of the Coast STILL being poorly designed and ran. :/

None of you responded earlier. Don't go hurting my feelings now. I may be a villainous bird building an empire to conquer the world. But I have feelings too.

Friends, Fiends, and Fae. What's your favorite place you've ever been through a dungeons OR designed a dungeon?

Build stuff that's never supposed to be seen, never supposed to be interacted.

Cause never underestimate the human ability to find the most improbably things do to, and do something even crazier.

GM Tip: Build secrets into your world that not even the players' characters are meant to uncover easily. Layers of mystery reward curiosity and encourage exploration.

What are the best traps you've used in the #TTRPG world? What game systems handles traps the best? What advice or tools do you have for traps?

I have always struggled with regional geography and climates. So its hard to feel I am making a whole world without knowing where on the world stuff is

Hamburger Helper from the Mother in Law tomorrow.

Tried nose strips, and they HELLA opened up my sinuses (breathing better than I have in years)

Made a lot of progress on a cast of characters for a project we are working on.

Learned more about caves.

Hoping to record when I wake up.

I appreciate projects like The Ugly Goblin’s Cookbook. It focuses on such a small, often overlooked part of the game but the potential for fun, flavor, and worldbuilding it adds to a table is huge.

I've backed it on Kickstarter and so should you.

"Life is easier when you're kind."

Is something we ALL need to remember.

I've been trying to word a post in such a way that I adequately express my feelings on a nuanced topic without inadvertently endorsing or encouraging anything I don't mean to for 10 minutes now

It's been pages long each time, and I think that's the problem.

TLDR: Life is easier when you're kind.

✨ What's my foundation✨

On Kickstarter. Go and back it right meow. Only 45 hours left for a book so big you'll need a second desk because the first one was crushed!

Agent Washington is another peak character to me, btw. Recently, I've been rewatching some RVB at work and remembering how much I love this messy, traumatized soldier.

I just had a realization that (Non-Comics) Star Lord gives me very Red vs Blue energy, and as much as I love the series.

I ain't talking about the Project Freelancer parts of the series.

1000%

That's where true legends came from, a game of telephone about someone's magical performance that traveled tavern to tavern?

Next thing you know, someone beat the devil in a battle for his soul with a violin.

Sucks because the script for Steelhearts was almost entirely done following my upload for Machines.

But we've either had sickness or poor sleep in the household, so I just haven't felt up to recording.

Non-Bard Performers should certainly be more of a conversation.

My favorite PC of Magwife's was a Yuan-ti dancer, and it was a lot of fun to explore different types of performances.

It offers just different conversations of 'celebrity'

2 Cents: Not every entertainer in your fantasy world should be a bard!! Yes, it's most certainly a lovely trope, but consider populating your cities and towns with other forms of artistry! Sculptors, theatre performers, maybe a stray mime if you're feeling avant garde, and variety is a tasty spice!

I agree that traps don't always have to be lethal. Just meant to make a fight unfair. That can be time wasted allowing the villain to spend more time doing other stuff.
